George Empty was named Atlantic 10 co-performer of the week Monday after taking first place in the men's 400m hurdles at the Michael Johnson/Dr. Pepper Classic with a personal record time of 51.82 this weekend. The mark moves Empty into the top spot in the conference.
The senior also helped the Patriots to a second place finish in the 4x440 yard relay in a conference best time of 3:09.52.
Next up, the Patriots head to Penn Relays April 24-26th.
