Former Patriot David Verburg won gold as a memeber of the USA 4x400 relay team Sunday at the World Indoor Championships in Sopot, Poland with a record breaking time of 3:02.13. 

Verburg also competed in the finals of the men's 400m on Saturday, finishing fourth overall.
