The George Mason lacrosse team heads to Liberty for the Patriots' first road game of the season. This is the third time the programs meet with Mason holding a 2-0 series lead with the last meeting coming last season in a 14-9 Patriot victory.
Mason is coming off its first win of the season, a 13-12 overtime thriller Sunday afternoon. Rachel Obregon netted five goals including the game winner top help fuel the Patriots to victory.
Liberty comes into Wednesday's matchup off a 21-10 loss to George Washington on Feb. 26. The Eagles lone win came on Feb.21 with a 13-9 win over Elon at home.
