The Patriots wrapped up day one of NC State's Raleigh Relays Friday night.
Two freshman finished in the top 10 of the men's collegiate pole vault with Logan Besougloff finishing seventh with a height of 4.60m in just five tries and Robert Yu finished eighth with the same height in six tried.
Sophomore Michelle Wallerstedt finished fourth in the women's discus throw with a distance of 48.83m.
Sophomore Byron Sintim finished fifth in the men's long jump with a mark of 6.90m and senior Wes Sun finished just outside the top 10 in the overall men's pole vault at 11th with a height of 4.75m.
There were also several preliminaries wrapped up with junior Shavon Briscoe advancing to the finals in the women's 100m hurdles with a time of 13.94. Her time is good for fifth out of the eight to qualify.
Senior Dominique Graham tied for seventh in the women's high jump with a mark of 1.70m and junior Anthony Williams took seventh in the men's 100m hurdles.
Competition continues Saturday at NC State.
