Senior Mandissa Marshall was named Atlantic 10 co-Performer of the Week after taking her fifth straight title in pole vault. Mason freshman Jordan May also received conference honors, being named the men's Rookie of the Week.

Marshall's performance at the Armory Collegiate Invitational with a height of 4.30m (14' 1 ¼”). set a new All-Time record for Mason in women's track and field and places the Pennsylvania native at 10th in the country and keeps her at number one in the Atlantic 10 on the season. This is Marshall's third time receiving conference honors this season.

May earned the Rookie of the Week nod after winning his 400m individual heat at the Armory Collegiate Invitational, finishing seventh overall with a time of 48.91. The time places May at fifth in the conference on the season.

The Patriots have the week off as they prepare for the Atlantic 10 Championships Feb. 22-23 in Kingston, RI.
