The George Mason wrestling team will step into 2015 with competition in Chattanooga, Tennessee for the 2015 Defense Soap & Flips Wrestling Southern Scuffle, hosted by UT Chattanooga.

The tournament hosts a field of 31 teams in which over half of the top 25 teams at last years NCAA Tournament will be in the field, highlighted by defending national champion Penn State.

Individually, 29 All-Americans and 93 nationally ranked wrestlers are scheduled to take the mat. Teams competing that Mason has dueled this season include Drexel, Duke, Navy and no. 23 Virginia.

The Scuffle takes place from January 1-2 at McKenzie Arena in Chattanooga. Live video of the event can be found here and live scoring can be found here.
