FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - The George Mason men's 4x400m relay took to the track on the final day of the NCAA Indoor Championships on Saturday, finishing in eighth place and taking home All-America honors at the meet held at the University of Arkansas.
The quartet of David Verburg, Adrian Vaughn, Angel Coburn and George Empty finished in second place in the second section of the event, crossing the finish line in 3:07.78. The time was good for eighth overall.
The T&F team has now concluded the indoor season and will look forward to the outdoor season, kicking off next weekend at the VCU Spring Opener in Richmond.
