FAIRFAX, Va. - The George Mason softball team will travel to Baltimore, Md. to face UMBC in non-conference play Wednesday. The game is set to begin at 2:30 p.m. and will be played at the UMBC Softball Stadium.

The Patriots, who are 6-16, recently hosted Ohio State, Pittsburgh and Canisius for the Cherry Blossom Classic. Mason went 0-5 in the tournament.

UMBC enters the game 6-18 and this past weekend hosted the UMBC Spring Classic. The Retrievers defeated Morgan State and fell to LaSalle, Hampton and Princeton.
