After a weekend off, the George Mason T&F squads return to the track on Friday, competing at the UAlbany Great Dane Classic at the NYC Armory. Both track and field events are scheduled to start at 12:30 p.m.

Mason kicked off its indoor season on January 5 as hosts of the Father Diamond Invitational, recording two ECAC and two IC4A qualifying marks. Among those qualifiers were both the men's and women's 4x400m relays. The men's squad of Angel Coburn, David Verburg, George Empty and Adrian Vaughn won the event in a time of 3:14.67, which is currently the eighth-fastest time in the country. For the women, Daianna Barron, Jasmine Robinson, Taylor Wheaton and Aneesha Scott recorded a time of 3:48.29, the 23rd-fastest time in the country.
