FAIRFAX, Va. - This week's George Mason wrestling rookie profile features Albert O'Bryant III, also known as 'three'. O'Bryant is a native of Macon, Ga. and attended Cushing Academy where he participated in track, football and wrestling.

GoMason.com: Why did you choose George Mason University? 

O'Bryant: I chose Mason because of its student diversity and its reputation of providing a good education.

GoMason.com: How did you get into wrestling?

O'Bryant: I got into wrestling in 8th grade when I did not make the basketball team. I also wanted to try something new.

GoMason.com: Did you always know that you wanted to wrestle in college?

O'Bryant: No, it wasn't until the end of my junior year of high school that I decided I wanted to wrestle on the college level.

GoMason.com: What is your favorite and least favorite part about living on campus?

O'Bryant: My favorite thing about living in a dorm is that I get to meet so many new people. My least favorite thing is that my dorm is so far away from where we practice.

GoMason.com: Do you think it will be a challenge to adjust to wrestling at the college level?

O'Bryant: I think it will be challenging because it is a whole level up from high school.

GoMason.com: What is your favorite thing about Mason, so far?

O'Bryant: Free Laundry.

GoMason.com: What has been the biggest difference, so far, between high school and college?

O'Bryant: The fact that in college you are completely on your own, whereas, in high school somebody is always pushing you along.

GoMason.com: If you were stranded on a deserted island, what three things would you take with you?

O'Bryant: Flare gun, matches and Bear Grylls from the TV show Man vs. Wild.

GoMason.com: What is your biggest pet peeve?

O'Bryant: People being mean to other people for no reason.

GoMason.com: What do you want to do after college?

O'Bryant: I would like to be a small business owner and own a series of small businesses.

GoMason.com: If you could visit any place in the world, where would you go?

O'Bryant: I would visit Germany.

GoMason.com: What is something that most people don't know about you?

O'Bryant: I like to watch cartoons.
