SOMERS, Wis. - Senior Ashley Danner was named CollegeSwimming.com Mid-Major Swimmer of the Year.  Danner was also selected, along with twenty-two women, to the Mid-Major All-American team.

Danner, who last week was named Women's CAA Swimmer of the Year, earned the top honors amongst all mid-majors by finishing second in the 100-yard-breaststroke and fifth in the 200-yard-breaststroke at the NCAA Championships held in Auburn.

Mason also had four members of the men's team named as Honorable Mention Mid-Major All-Americans.  Freshman Travis Lauri, sophomore Fernando Rubio, junior David Kiss and senior Preston Wolter were all awarded with this honor.
