Softball will host their second consecutive tournament this weekend as Cornell and Hartford visit to Fairfax to play in the Mason Invitational.

Cornell, who will be taking part in each of Mason's three home tournaments this season, played their first four games of the season last weekend in the Patriot Classic, finishing 2-2.  One of their losses came to Mason in the final game of the tournament, by a score of 3-2.

Hartford, currently 0-3 on the season, will play the Patriots three times and the Big Red of Cornell twice.  

Mason will be looking to build off the momentum of last Sunday, when they won their final two games of the Patriot Classic.  The tournament is scheduled to begin on Friday at 4:30pm with a game between Mason and Hartford.  There will then be three games on both Saturday and Sunday beginning at 11am and 9am, respectively.
