INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The George Mason men's track and field team had two athletes selected to compete at the NCAA Indoor Championships this weekend in Boise.
Junior David Verburg will take part in the 400m dash after qualifying with a time of 46.33. This will be his third trip to the indoor championships, but just his first as an individual after attending the past two seasons as a member of the 4x400m relay.
Senior Lavell Handy will compete in the triple jump, advancing to the championships after posting a qualifying distance of 15.83m.This will be his first trip to the indoor championships.

ESPN3 will stream the meet live on March 9 from 7:30-11:45 p.m. ET and March 10 from 8-11:15 p.m. ET. A tape delay of the championship will air Sunday, March 18 at 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPNU.
NCAA.com and broncosports.com will stream what ESPN3 is not covering on Friday (Noon-7:30 p.m. ET) and Saturday (12:30-8 pm ET).
