The George Mason Men's Tennis team continues its fast start to the season with 7-0 win against Virginia State at Montclair Country Club. The Patriots improve to 4-0 on the season.
Mason won all three doubles matches to gaing the point. The Patriots top two teams blanked Virginia State's doubles teams. Jimmy Davis and Jordan Dyke defeated Emanuel Haug and Avery Saunders and Taylor Sargent and Chris Borden won against Matthew and Nicholas Brown.
In singles action the Patriots won all six matches. At No. 2 singles senior Jorge Osuna didn't lose a game en route to his 6-0, 6-0 win against Saunders. Mason's Davis at the top singles defeated Haug, 6-3, 6-2.
