WASHINGTON, D.C.- The George Mason wrestling team fell to American University Thursday, 23-9. With the loss Mason falls to 1-7 on the season and American improves to 1-1.
Sahid Kargbo, Jaaziah Bethea and Matt Meadows each scored points by decision for the Patriots in the 141, 157 and 197 weight classes, respectively.
The Patriots return to the mats for the Brute Invitational on Saturday, December 29th.
