FAIRFAX, Va. - The George Mason swimming and diving team will face off against Loyola and Navy this Saturday, October 6^th in their annual tri-meet. The meet will be held at Loyola University in Baltimore, Md. and will begin at 11 a.m.

Mason started the season on a high note last weekend at the Potomac Relays. The men repeated their win from last year and the women took third. Out of nine relays, the men placed first in five while the women placed first in three relays.

With last week's meet comprised of only relays, this meet will be the season opener for the diving team and the first time swimmers compete in their individual events.

Last year the men went 1-1 at the meet, defeating Loyola and falling to Navy; the women did not compete in last year's meet.
