After a productive split of four matches in the NC State Duals last weekend, Mason will host the Patriot Duals on Saturday at the Recreation and Athletic Complex.  The Patriots will welcome Davidson, VMI and Cleveland State for a total of five matches on the day.  While continuing to give experience to the young wrestlers that have been forced to step up, Mason will also use these duals to prepare for hosting the CAA Duals the following Saturday.

"With wrestling three teams in a day it will almost be like a tournament for us," said Head Coach Joe Russell.  "Not only will this be good preparation for the CAA Duals the following weekend, but it will also help us for the Nationals at the end of the year.  The most important part of this weekend is making sure that everyone who competes is able to improve on something from their last time on the mat."

There will be two duals taking place simultaneously in the Recreation and Athletic Complex with no rest between matches.  Mason will wrestle in their first dual of the day against Davidson at 9am with the following matches scheduled to begin at approximately 10:30am and 12pm.

9:00am - Davidson vs. GMU and VMI vs. Cleveland State

Approximately 10:30am - VMI vs. GMU and Davidson vs. Cleveland State

Approximately Noon - Cleveland State vs. GMU (VMI and Davidson will not wrestle this round)
