For the second consecutive year, George Mason is set to host the CAA Rowing Championship to take place on Sunday on its home course at Sandy Run Regional Park. Championship action kicks off at 9:30 a.m. with the Varsity 4 race, followed by the Second Varsity 8 and the Varsity 8 caps the racing at 10:05 a.m. Defending 2010 Champion Buffalo returns to the Occoquan Reservoir and will compete against five CAA teams for the 2011 crown. Competing in Sunday's action will be Buffalo, Delaware, Drexel, George Mason, Northeastern and Old Dominion. Northeastern won the inaugural championship in 2009. Last season, Mason finished fourth in the championship.
