Redshirt Seniors Denny Herndon III and Frankie McLaughlin IV have been named as the team captains for the 2011-12 season.  "These guys have shown great dedication and leadership to the team both on and off the mat," said Head Coach Joe Russell.    

Herndon will wrestle in the 141 pound weight class, while McLaughlin will look to lead the team at 174 pounds this year. With the season set to begin on Sunday, November 6th in the Hokie Open, stay tuned for a full season outlook coming early next week.
