The Drexel Dragons traveled to Fairfax and defeated the Patriots in men's tennis, 5-2 in CAA action. The Patriots drop to 8-13, 0-4 in the CAA, while Drexel improves to 6-6, 2-2.

Mason's two points came from singles action winning matches at No. 1 and No. 6. Sophomore Jorge Osuna won his match, but needed a tiebreaker set. He dropped the first set 2-6, bounced back with a 6-1 triumph then finished with a 10-7 score in the tiebreaker. Arjun Sanghvi won his match against the Dragons Alessandro Bozzo, 6-4, 7-6(3).

The Patriots return to action this weekend when they travel to play three matches this weekend at LaSalle, Hofstra and Rider.
