The Patriots women's tennis team hosted the Howard, but the Bison traveled back to DC with the 5-2 win. Mason won the doubles point and the No. 4 singles match to drop to 14-7 on the season.

Brooke Blackwell continues to have a terrific season winning her eleventh consecutive match to stand 11-1 on the season. She defeated the Bison's Alyssa Works, 6-2, 6-4. She also won her doubles match at No. 2 paired up with Alison Wingo. The Patriots No. 1 team of Kiersten Pappas and Lindsay Gray won the other doubles match to earn the point.

Mason is back in action this weekend as the host Robert Morris at 1:30 p.m. on Friday and Lehigh at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
