Saturday's Results from the NCAA Championships

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Sophomore Ashley Danner completed her competition at the 2010 NCAA Women's Swimming Championships as she placed sixth in the 200-yard breaststroke, earning her third All-America honors of the week and fourth in her career.

Danner, who picked up a second-place finish on Friday in the 100-yard breaststroke, swam the fourth-fastest preliminary time of 2:09.46. Improving on that mark by over half a second, the Springfield, Va., native touched the wall in 2:08.95 in the championship final, falling shy of her CAA record time of 2:08.66.

Alia Atkinson of Texas A&M took home the title with a time of 2:07.38.

The sixth-place finish rounds out a highly successful week for Danner, as she was 15th in the 200-yard individual medley on Wednesday, earning her All-America honorable mention, along with her second-place finish one night ago.
