The baseball series between George Mason and Central Connecticut State, scheduled for this weekend at Spuhler Field, has been canceled due to weather and field conditions. The Patriots and Blue Devils were supposed to play on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but earlier this week, they canceled Friday's game and scheduled a doubleheader for Sunday. But the weather has caused the cancelation of the remaining games, delaying Mason's home opener.

The Patriots are now scheduled to open at Spuhler Field on Tuesday when they host Longwood at 3 p.m.
