The George Mason women's lacrosse team participated in a pair of community service events in October.

The first event was a Girl Scouts Activity Day at Manassas Fairgrounds. The student-athletes on the team taught girl scouts the game of lacrosse. The team also participated in the Act Against Violence on campus, the Clothesline Project, an initiative that honors female survivors of violence.
