The George Mason baseball team will close out the regular season this week as the Patriots travel to Harrisonburg to take on the Dukes in a three-game series getting underway on Thursday. The series' first contest will begin at 3 p.m. with games on Friday at 3 p.m. and Saturday at 1 p.m.

Mason, which has already clinched the regular-season title and the top seed in next week's CAA Tournament, will look to strength its resume for a potential at-large berth in the NCAA Tournament. The Dukes will look to clinch a spot in the CAA Tournament and potentially move up to a top-three seed position. The three games will be the final three games at Mauck Stadium with free admission to all the games.

The Patriots (38-9) lead the nation in winning percentage and are one win shy of leading the nation in that category as well. Two more wins will give the Patriots the Division I school record for victories in a season.

James Madison (29-22) dropped its last outing, a 9-6 loss at Longwood, and the Dukes have lost four of their past six contests. They are 17-8 at home while Mason is 10-5 on the road.
