Cavalier Open Results in PDF Format 
EARLYSVILLE, Va. - In its final tune-up before next Saturday's NCAA Southeast Regional Championship meet, the George Mason men's cross country team competed at the Cavalier Open at Panorama Farms in Earlysville, Va. on Friday afternoon. Leading the way for the Patriots was sophomore Daniel Callan, who ran to a seventh-place finish at the meet.
Callan crossed the finish line in 25:24.63 on the 8k course. Freshman Philip Blankenship, a Virginia Beach, Va. native, was the next Patriot to finish the race. Blankenship finished in 19th place with a time of 26:41.50.
Freshman Andrew Pitts (26:52.25), sophomore Henry Loehr (26:56.65), freshman Kieran Hennessy (27:35.15), freshman Jacob Morgan (27:58.70) and freshman Chance Wilk (30:14.73) also ran in the race. No team scores were taken at the meet.
Next up for the Patriots is the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships. The race is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14 at E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Ky.
