RICHMOND, Va. - After another dominating performance off the board, sophomore Kristen Meier has been awarded the Colonial Athletic Association's Women's Diver of the Week Award. It is the fifth time this season that the Walden, N.Y., native has earned the honor.

Meier swept the diving events for the fifth time in as many tries. At the Patriot Invitational, she finished the one-meter dive with a score of 302.65 and later added a first place on the three-meter board with a score of 303.45.

She has swept the diving events in each of the Patriots' five meets this season, and collected the conference's weekly award after each of those performances.

Meier and the Patriots will be idle until the start of 2010, when they take part in the Orange Bowl Classic in Key Largo, Fla.
