RICHMOND, Va. - Freshman Ashley Danner had another outstanding weekend for the George Mason women's swimming team, and she was rewarded for her efforts with her fourth Colonial Athletic Association Women's Swimmer of the Week award this season, the conference office announced today.

Danner captured three individual event titles in the Patriots' meet against Towson on Saturday, winning the 100-yard (1:03.54) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:19.33) as well as the 200-yard individual medley (2:05.89). Danner also swam the second leg of the women's 200-yard medley relay, completing a 28.70 split as part of the squad's winning time of 1:47.03.

It is the fourth weekly honor of the season for the Springfield, Va., native, as she received the same award on October 14, November 4, and November 25.

The Patriots return to action this Saturday, traveling to West Point, N.Y., to face host Army, American and CAA rival Old Dominion at 1 p.m.
