The Mason women's tennis team will host the Mason Invitational this weekend at the George Mason Tennis Courts. Six area teams will compete including Georgetown, George Washington, Mary Washington, Towson, Virginia State and St. Francis (Pa).

The Patriots are scheduled for the opening match at 9:30 a.m. on Friday against Mary Washington. Later in the day at 1:00 p.m. the netters will match-up with Virginia State. On Saturday, Mason is pitted against Georgetown and St. Francis at 10:15 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Mason will take on George Washington on Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m.

Teams will play three (3) singles and two (2) doubles matches simultaneously. All five matches will play two out of three sets with a super tiebreaker instead of the 3rd set.
