He finished fifth in the long jump with a mark of 6.95 meters (22 ft. 9.75 in.) and fourth in the triple jump with a leap of 14.40 meters (47 ft. 3 in.).

A trio of Patriots placed seventh in their respective events. Sophomore Mutsa Nyakabau finished seventh in the 400-meter dash finals with a time of 49.19 seconds. On the women's side, sophomore Murielle Ahoure was named the Co-Most Outstanding Performer of the women's running events. She shared the award with junior Tramaine Shaw of Northeastern.

Ahoure won both the 100-meter (11.72 seconds) and 200-meter (23.48 seconds) sprint races on Saturday and set meet records in Friday's qualifying heats of both events, then re-set the 200-meter dash record in the final. She was clocked at 11.59 seconds in the 100-meter dash preliminary heats, breaking the mark of 11.65 seconds set by Mason's Cydonie Mothersill in 1999. In the preliminary heats of the 200-meter dash she turned in a time of 23.53 seconds to break the record of 23.80 seconds set by Mason's Danita Roseboro in 1993.

Ahoure wasn't Mason's only champion at the meet, as both Ryann Hendricks and Tiara Swindell took home individual titles. Hendricks placed first in the triple jump, winning the competition with a leap of 12.33 meters (40 ft. 5.5 in.), a personal best that qualifies the sophomore for the NCAA East Regional Championships. She also placed fifth in the long jump with a mark of 5.80 meters (19 ft. 0.50 in.).
