Fairfax, Va. - The Lady Netters earned their fifth win of the season as they downed Morgan State, 4-1. The win gives the Lady Netters some momentum going into the last two matches of the season as they travel to Longwood on Saturday and will host the University of D.C. on Monday.
The Patriots took four out of the five competed singles matches. Earning wins were Maricel Ballester, Julie Moscato, Meredith Cutchin and Alicia Van Zandt. Claudia Antezano was leading in the second set from the No. 6 position when darkness forced play to be stopped. There were no doubles matches played.
The Lady Netters carry a 5-14 into the last two matches of the season. They will look to earn two final victories on Saturday and Monday before starting conference play next weekend.

6) Antezano led 7-5, 3-1 over Willis when play was suspended due to darkness
