FAIRFAX, Va. - Head Coach Amy Bokker announced today the 2006 women's lacrosse fall schedule. Beginning with the Alumni Game on Saturday, Sept. 23 at 1 p.m., the team will play on five consecutive weekends in September and October.

After the Alumni Game, the Patriots will scrimmage Syracuse on Saturday, Sept. 30 at noon at Centreville High School. A men's lacrosse contest between Georgetown and defending national champion Virginia will take place at 2 p.m. on the same field, following Mason's game.

Mason will hit the road for the first weekend in October, traveling to Baltimore, Md. to take on both Johns Hopkins and Loyola (Md.) on Oct. 7. The Patriots return home the following weekend to play in-state rival Virginia Tech and Georgetown on Oct. 14.

The fall schedule will conclude on Oct. 21 with the Mason Fall Tournament, with 16 teams taking part in the event, scheduled for 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
