FAIRFAX, Va. - George Mason will host the third meet of its indoor track and field season on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Fieldhouse. The Patriots also hosted the Father Diamond Invitational on Jan. 7 and the Patriot Games on Jan. 28.

The meet begins at 11 a.m. with the men's weight throw, women's long jump, women's pole vault and women's 4x800-meter relay. The final event of the day is the men's 4x400-meter relay, slated to begin at 3:50 p.m.

Since the last event held at the Fieldhouse, Mason's men's team has competed at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational at the Armory Track and Field Center in New York City on Feb. 3-4, the Carolina Classic in Chapel Hill, N.C. on Feb. 10 and the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark. on Feb. 10-11. The women also competed at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational; however, last weekend the women's team traveled to Boston, Mass. to compete in the Valentine's Day Meet on Feb. 10.
