Kitty Hawk, N.C. - George Mason finished up their fall season on Tuesday at the 27th annual Old Dominions Seascape Collegiate. The team finished 17th at the par-70, 6,131-yard Seascape Golf Club in Kitty Hawk, N.C.
The Patriots finished the tournament seven spots below their first day mark of 10th. Masons lowest card came from senior Trey Bressler who shot a two round score of 146, a very good 6-over par. The Patriots juniors J.J. Amoruso and Dan Hurley each shot 14-over par 154.
The tournament was won by Campbell who came from third place after day one. They won the tournament by shooting a team round best 279 on the second day. In 2nd place were the Pirates of East Carolina who shot a combined two day score of 560. Third place was taken by Winthrop University who shot a 567. The host of the tournament, Old Dominion finished the tournament in 4th with a score of 569.
This was George Masons' final tournament of their fall season. The team will pick back up again in the spring.
