JAMAICA - Former George Mason track standout Maurice Wignall (1997-2000) successfully defended his 110m hurdles title Sunday evening (June 26) at the Supreme Ventures National Senior and Junior Athletics (National Jamaican) Championships at the National Stadium.

Wignall, a 2004 Olympic finalist, captured the event in 13.54, out distancing Chris Pinnock, who was second at 13.72, and Decosmo Wright's third-place mark of 13.81.
