The George Mason women's track and field team competed for the second day at the ECAC Championships at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston, Mass. and Alycia Williams was the team's star as she scored in two events for the Patriots.
Williams was third in the 400-meters where she finished with a time of 54.95 seconds. She also finished seventh in the 200-meters with a time of 24.51.
Williams wasn't the only Patriot competing in an event final on Sunday as Paula Bailey also ran in the 400-meters. Bailey was ninth with a time of 56.95 seconds.
Several other Patriots took part in the competition with Fiana York finishing 18th in the 800-meters (2:17.66), Misti Turner finishing 19th in the 60-meters (7.98) and Shamekia Louis finishing 20th in the 60-meters (8.05). The 4X400-meter tueam was 15th with a time of 3:53.85.
