The George Mason rowing Varsity 8+ boat, led by senior Grace Moody, posted its top time of the spring while earning a runner-up finish at the Pinchot Invitational on Saturday. Mason completed its 2k race in 6:49.00 less than six seconds behind first-place Lafayette. The Green & Gold placed ahead of Loyola (Md.) and ahead of Penn State by close to 29 seconds.
