FAIRFAX, Va. – George Mason lacrosse head coach Lauren Hay announced Kaitlyn Pasko has joined the program as an assistant coach. Pasko spent the past three seasons as an assistant at Le Moyne College.
“We are thrilled to add Kaitlyn to our coaching staff,” said Hay. “She is a great resource for the student-athletes coming from a successful program at Le Moyne and she brings great energy and knowledge for the game of lacrosse.”
While at Le Moyne, Pasko helped lead the Dolphins to three consecutive NCAA Division II appearances, reaching the semifinals in 2011 and 2012 and the quarterfinals in 2013. Le Moyne captured the regular season Northeast 10 Conference championship the past two seasons and the tournament title in 2013. Additionally, Pasko acted as the offensive coordinator, recruiting coordinator and assistant director of Ultimate Draw Lacrosse Camps.
Pasko was responsible for preparing and managing the team budget and team travel, opponent scouting reports, summer/winter workout conditioning packets and individual workout routines. As the offensive coordinator, Pasko designed, coordinated and directed all offensive plays, establishing a unit that included seven players with 25+ points last season. Her tenure culminated in six NCAA Division II First Team All-Americans, including the 2013 IWLCA Midfielder of the Year and the 2012 and 2013 Northeast-10 Players of the Year.
Pasko was a four-year varsity lacrosse letterwinner at Oregon, while also participating four years with the Student Athlete Advisory Council, Dean's List member and a MPSF All-Academic Team honoree. She is a 2010 graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and earned a Master of Business Administration in May 2013 from Le Moyne College.
