FAIRFAX, Va. – Saturday's series opener between George Mason University's softball team and the visiting St. Bonaventure was halted due to rain.
The game will be continued at 11 a.m. Sunday, followed by the remaining two games of the series.
The teams managed to get two and a half innings under the constant rain over the George Mason University Softball Complex, in which Mason (16-26, 8-6 A-10) took a 3-1 lead over the Bonnies (10-30, 1-10 A-10).
