Otis Livingston II has been named the Atlantic 10 Player of the Week.
Livingston II shares the honor with Matt Mobley of Saint Bonaventure. It marks the first time in his career Livingston has earned the weekly accolade. He was named the A-10 Rookie of the Week on three occasions in 2015-16.
Livingston II averaged 24 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists while shooting a sizzling 75 percent (15-20) from the floor and 80 percent from 3-point territory in two games for the Patriots this past week.
On Wednesday in Mason's 2OT thriller at Saint Louis, the Linden, N.J., product poured in a career-best 29 points while making 5-of-7 3-pointers on the night. He also grabbed four rebounds and dished out two assists in a full 46 minutes of work.
In Saturday's win over La Salle, Livingston couldn't miss - literally - while finishing with 19 points. He made 5-of-5 field goal attempts, 3-of-3 3-pointers and 6-of-6 attempts from the free throw line.
Livingston II and the Patriots return to action Wednesday (Feb. 8) at Davidson.
